Mrs Claus Gift Card

Hi everyone,

Our sponsor this week at 613 Avenue Create is Kenny K digi. I choose to use Mrs.Claus and fussy cut her out after printing her onto neenah solor white cs. I colored her with copic markers. E00,000,21,35,31, R22,24,27, N4,6,8. I created a simple gift card holder die cut using make the cut software and cut with my cricut. Now I am not sure if it would be called a shape card but I  used it anyway.

I used recollections kraft card stock and  S.E.I  DSP using  a Christmas paper stack. I have had this paper for a few years now, I am not sure if you can still get it. I took and embossing folder border edge to use on each side using the big shot. I took a blue geleto's marker to go over the embossing.

I decorated the inside as well as the front. I made a snow drift with scraps. punched our small snowflakes, MS fern punch, and ribbon. The red flowers were cut with the same snowflake punch and I added a dot in the center. The white rose was make using a mold with soft clay. The inside snowflakes are from a larger punch. I die cut the white shape for the sentiment using a spellbinders. The sentiment is SU Best Yet . It too is an older stamp set.

The Micheal's gift card is one that I got from my granddaughter for my birthday. It is just to show that a gift card fits in the space. I might still put a Velcro closure on it. I really enjoyed creating this card.

Thank you for stopping by, hope you enjoyed. Happy creating!

Bal Masque

Hi everyone,

This week at 613 Avenue Create our sponsor is Rick St Dennis. I am using Bal Masque for a Halloween card. I love this image and had fun coloring her with copic and chromatix markers. The base card is a cut file from the MTC gallery. I printed the image onto neenah white cs. The copic colors used are E 21,00,000, N0,2,4,6,8. Chromatix colors used saphire 1,2,3. I fussy cut around the image. For the background I used SU bashful blue and Distress ink Denim. I stamped a Halloween image with moon and bats by Craft smart. The inside sentiment is also by Craft smart is spooktacular. I added a little tangerine tango inside the moon and on the swirls streamers by fiskars. I added dash lines around the center circle. Glitter was also added on the zig zag on the card layer and her mask. An orange ribbon was added to the top right corner. It needed just a bit more so I put a swirls with pearls coming from her hat. Hope you enjoyed.

Thank you for stopping by, happy creating!

Baby Swing Card

Hi everyone,

It feels like forever since I have posted anything. I know it isn't but I can remedy that right now. Our challenge at the Fairy's blog this week is baby using faux or real stitching. I have wanted to use this cut file for a bit now so here it is. The file is a swing card from the MTC gallery. It is so easy and fun. I cut one in solid and one in DSP. I cut the ends off the DSP and added it over the solid. It didn't quite work the way I wanted so I cut 1/4" off of all the ends. Our sponsor is Bugaboo. The baby is colored with copic markers. E21,00,000,31, BG10,13,N0,2, Y 13 R20,81,83. I traced a circle around the image and cut it out. The background is a stamp sets by SU. Hello baby is also SU teeny tiny wishes, Itty bitty backgrounds are the small little specks are behind the baby, SU best yet baby saying is on the inside. The last two are old sets but goodies. The cute dragon fly was punched from sticker paper and MS glitter was put over the sticky. I added 4 of the BG buttons on each corner with little twine bows. Thank you all so much for stopping by, happy creating!
